3. Payments and Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded.

All personal information shared during sessions is treated in strict confidence in accordance with UK data protection laws. Information will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law or safeguarding obligations.
