I’m Gareth Collins, the founder of Retrained Minds Hypnotherapy.
My work focuses on helping people make sense of what’s been holding them back and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Drawing on training in hypnotherapy, coaching and NLP, I take a practical, down-to-earth approach that blends insight with real-world change.

Hypnotherapy sessions are relaxed, conversational and shaped around what feels most helpful for you.
We begin by talking through what’s been happening recently and what you’d like to feel different moving forward. Many of the clients I work with across Mid Wales say they appreciate having a calm, private space to reflect without needing to travel far or rearrange their whole day.
From there, I guide you through gentle therapeutic techniques which may include relaxation, guided imagery and focused attention exercises.
