We begin with a straightforward conversation about what’s been going on for you and what you’d like to shift. There’s no script or set agenda - just space to speak openly and work out what feels most useful for you.
From there, I guide you into a focused, settled state of attention. You stay aware throughout; the process simply helps distractions fade so you can reflect more fully and explore different ways of approaching things.
Before we finish, we bring the session together by identifying what felt most relevant and how you want to carry that forward, so the time feels purposeful rather than unfinished.
